Overnight Reservations
For all reservations, one night, Non-Refundable deposit is required.
For Long weekend reservations, advance payment, in full, is required.
For Long weekend reservations, if cancelled with 30 days notice, a refund for all days except one is required. No refund is given if notice is less than 30 days.
Cottage / Trailer Rentals
50% of the total rental fee is required to reserve a cottage or trailer.
Deposit must be paid at time of reservation
Balance of rental fee plus security deposit (50% of weekly fee) are due upon arrival.
For Long weekend reservations, advance payment, in full, is required.
Minimum rental is 2 days (one day is possible on short notice in the Sunday – Friday period)
For cancellations, a $200 charge is applied and retained ($400 for McConnell House) and all other monies are returned, if cancelled within 45 days of arrival.
There are no refunds on reservations cancelled within 45 days of arrival.
